Abstract:

This case report describes the adjustment of analgesic regimen in a patient with seronegative spondyloarthritis. Through case analysis and literature review, we aim to provide references for the standardized and rational use of opioid analgesics in clinical practice, emphasizing the importance of balancing analgesic efficacy and medication safety in the management of chronic inflammatory pain.
