摘要:

目的 总结住院患者自控镇痛护理相关证据,为相应患者疼痛管理提供循证实践参考。方法 系统检索中英文数据库中有关住院患者自控镇痛管理证据,检索时间为近十年。结果 共纳入25篇文献,其中指南5篇,专家共识6篇,Meta分析3篇,系统评价11篇,总结共45条证据。结论 总结的住院患者自控镇痛相关证据可为临床实践提供参考。建议医护人员制定相关疼痛管理方案时,结合具体情况以及证据的适用性、可行性。

Abstract:

Objective: To summarize the evidence on patient-controlled analgesia (PCA) nursing care for hospitalized patients, providing a reference for evidence-based pain management practices. Methods: A systematic search was conducted in Chinese and English databases for literature on PCA management in hospitalized patients over the past decade. Results: A total of 45 studies were included, comprising 5 guidelines, 6 expert consensus reports, 3 meta-analyses, 11 systematic reviews. The summarized evidence yielded 45 key recommendations. Conclusions: The compiled evidence on PCA for hospitalized patients can serve as a reference for clinical practice. Healthcare professionals are advised to develop pain management protocols based on specific clinical contexts, considering the applicability and feasibility of the evidence.
