中文版帕金森病疼痛分类系统问卷的信效度检验

Validity and reliability testing of the Chinese version of the Parkinson"s Disease Pain Classification System Questionnaire

摘要:

目的:评价中文版帕金森病疼痛分类系统问卷（Parkinson"s Disease Pain Classification System Questionnaire，PD-PCS）的信效度。方法:对PD-PCS进行翻译、回译、跨文化调适，形成中文版PD-PCS。选取广州市某三级甲等综合医院113例住院帕金森病患者，采用中文版PD-PCS、简明疼痛调查表、简版McGill疼痛问卷-2进行疼痛评估，评价中文版PD-PCS的信效度。结果:88例帕金森病患者有慢性疼痛，其中76例（86.36%）为帕金森病相关疼痛，伤害感受性疼痛、神经病理性疼痛、伤害可塑性疼痛分别占69.32%、12.50%、17.05%。该问卷的Cronbach"s α系数为0.803，伤害感受性疼痛、神经病理性疼痛、伤害可塑性疼痛评分和总分的重测信度分别为0.820、0.927、0.785、0.830；评估者间信度分别为0.844、0.879、0.615、0.806。中文版PD-PCS的校标关联效度分别为0.746和0.620，条目水平的内容效度指数为0.875～1.000，问卷水平的内容效度指数为0.953。结论:中文版PD-PCS具有较好的信度和效度，可用于评估帕金森病患者的慢性疼痛。

Objective: Evaluating the reliability and validity of the Chinese version of the Parkinson"s Disease Pain Classification System Questionnaire (PD-PCS).
