外周神经鞘瘤导致神经痛的超声影像病例报道

摘要:

外周神经痛发作程度剧烈,持续时间长久,给广大患者带来极大痛苦。但由于外周神经痛发病因素复杂,极易引起误诊和漏诊。现阶段国内超声可视化技术已广泛应用于疼痛诊疗,本文报道两例外周神经鞘瘤导致神经痛的患者,并介绍神经鞘瘤的超声特征,总结其诊治过程并复习文献,以供疼痛临床诊疗参考。

Abstract:

Peripheral neuralgia often occurs in a severe and long-lasting manner, causing great pain to patients. Peripheral neuralgia is prone to misdiagnosis and missed diagnosis due to its complex pathogenic factors. This article reports two patients with peripheral schwannoma and summarizes the diagnosis and treatment processes, and reviews the literatures of clinical diagnosis and treatment.
