镇痛泵鞘内植入术后发生贝伐珠单抗相关的迟发性皮下血肿：1例报告和综述

Delayed subcutaneous hematoma associated with bevacizumab after Intrathecal Drug Delivery Systems surgery：a case report and literature review

摘要:

迟发性皮下血肿是贝伐珠单抗治疗后少见的并发症之一，本文报道贝伐珠单抗治疗患者行镇痛泵鞘内植入术后发生迟发性皮下血肿病例，并结合文献对贝伐珠单抗引起的迟发性皮下血肿的临床表现、发病机制、预后及治疗进行讨论。

Abstract:

Delayed subcutaneous hematoma is one of the rare complications after treatment with bevacizumab. This article reports a case of delayed subcutaneous hematoma after Intrathecal Drug Delivery Systems surgery in patients treated with bevacizumab, and reviewed the clinical types and manifestation，relevant literature related to pathology, treatment discusses the clinical types, pathogenesis, prognosis, treatment and prognosis.
