摘要:

目的：探讨“疼痛科+”多学科培训模式在疼痛专科护士培训中的应用效果。方法：将江西省疼痛专科护士培训基地招收的两期学员作为研究对象，采取“疼痛科+”多学科培训模式，比较学员培训前后理论知识和操作技能得分，同时调查培训后学员对基地培训的满意度。结果：完成培训后学员理论知识和操作技能得分均高于培训前，差异有统计学意义（P<0.001）；学员对培训基地教学满意度得分为95.25±1.40分。结论：“疼痛科+”多学科培训模式可有效提高疼痛专科护士的综合能力，为医院培养复合型疼痛护理人才奠定基础。

Abstract:

Objective: To study the application effect of "pain department +" multidisciplinary training model in the training of pain specialist nurses. Methods: The two periods of trainees recruited by Jiangxi Pain Nurse Training Base were taken as the research objects, and the "Pain Department +" multidisciplinary training mode was adopted to compare the theoretical knowledge and operation skills scores before and after the training, and the students' satisfaction with the base of the training after the training was investigated. Results: After completing the training, the theoretical knowledge and operational skills were higher than before the training, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.001); the students' teaching satisfaction with the training base was 95.25±1.40. Conclusion: The "pain department +" multidisciplinary training mode can effectively improve the comprehensive ability of pain specialist nurses, and lay a foundation for the hospital to cultivate compound pain nursing talents.
