Abstract:Objective: To study the application effect of "pain department +" multidisciplinary training model in the training of pain specialist nurses. Methods: The two periods of trainees recruited by Jiangxi Pain Nurse Training Base were taken as the research objects, and the "Pain Department +" multidisciplinary training mode was adopted to compare the theoretical knowledge and operation skills scores before and after the training, and the students' satisfaction with the base of the training after the training was investigated. Results: After completing the training, the theoretical knowledge and operational skills were higher than before the training, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.001); the students' teaching satisfaction with the training base was 95.25±1.40. Conclusion: The "pain department +" multidisciplinary training mode can effectively improve the comprehensive ability of pain specialist nurses, and lay a foundation for the hospital to cultivate compound pain nursing talents.
