Abstract:Objective: To analyze the status quo and influencing factors of rehabilitation compliance in patients with adhesive capsulitis of shoulder. Methods : A self-made questionnaire was used to investigate 120 patients with ACS who were treated in the outpatient department of bone and joint and sports medicine of Qingdao Municipal Hospital from August 2023 to December 2023. The rehabilitation compliance of ACS patients was not related to their age, gender, marital status, place of residence, pain site and nature of pain(P>0.05). It was related to education level, occupation, family monthly income, pain degree and fear of pain(P<0.05). Conclusion : The rehabilitation compliance of ACS patients needs to be improved. Medical staff should strengthen the guidance of functional exercise for ACS patients, strengthen humanistic care, and reduce the pain of patients, so as to improve the compliance of patients with rehabilitation exercise.
