Construction of a comprehensive pain management nursing quality evaluation index system

摘要:

目的:构建疼痛综合管理护理质量评价指标体系,为临床实践提供参考依据。方法:以“结构-过程-结果”三维质量评价模型为理论基础,通过文献回顾、德尔菲专家函询构建疼痛综合管理护理质量评价指标体系,采用层次分析法计算各指标权重。结果:2轮函询问卷回收率均为100%,专家权威系数分别为0.828、0.903,肯德尔和谐系数分别为0.185、0.307(P＜0.05),最终构建疼痛综合管理护理质量评价指标体系包括3项一级指标、6项二级指标、27项三级指标。结论:本研究构建的疼痛综合管理护理质量评价指标体系科学合理,并显示出良好的客观性和可操作性,能够为客观评价疼痛综合管理护理质量提供参考依据,可在临床推广使用。

Abstract:

Objective:Constructing a comprehensive pain management nursing quality evaluation index system to provide reference basis for clinical practice. Method:Based on the three-dimensional quality evaluation model of “structure process result”, a comprehensive pain management nursing quality evaluation index system was constructed through literature review and Delphi expert inquiry. The weights of each index were calculated using the Analytic Hierarchy Process. Results:The response rates for both rounds of inquiry questionnaires were 100%, with expert authority coefficients of 0.828 and 0.903, and Kendall harmony coefficients of 0.185 and 0.307, respectively (P<0.05). the final constructed pain comprehensive evaluation management quality evaluation index system includes 3 first level indicators, 6 second level indicators, and 25 third level indicators. Conclusion:The pain comprehensive management nursing quality evaluation index system constructed in this study is scientifically reasonable and demonstrates good objectivity and operability. It can provide reference basis for objectively evaluating the quality of comprehensive pain management nursing and can be promoted and used in clinical practice.
