功能性肛门直肠痛的诊疗进展

功能性肛门直肠痛是一组以肛门直肠异常感觉为主诉的综合征，目前罗马IV指南将其定义为肛门直肠部位的神经官能症，属于躯体形式障碍范畴。如今诊断方法尚无统一标准，治疗策略缺乏共识，且效果差异显著，医务工作者处于诊治窘境中，患者面临着听天由命的现实，通过进一步的研究和总结以完善功能性肛门直肠痛的诊治思路是亟待解决的问题。本文通过回顾近几年相关文献资料，从发病机制、诊断方法、治疗策略等层面对功能性肛门直肠痛的诊疗进展加以阐述。

Abstract:

Functional anorectal pain is a group of syndromes with abnormal anorectal sensation as the main complaint, which is defined by Roman IV guidelines as neurosis of anorectal site and belongs to the category of somatoform disorders. At present, there is no unified standard of diagnostic methods, lack of consensus on treatment strategies and significant difference in curative effect. Medical workers are in the dilemma of diagnosis and treatment, and patients are faced with the reality of resignation. It is an urgent problem to improve the diagnosis and treatment of functional anorectal pain through further research and summary. Based on the review of relevant literatures in recent years, this paper expounds the progress of diagnosis and treatment of functional anorectal pain from the aspects of pathogenesis, diagnosis and treatment strategy.
