区域阻滞用于经皮椎间孔镜技术麻醉的研究进展

Progress of regional block for percutaneous transforaminal endoscopic surgery analgesia

摘要:

顺应EARS理念，经皮椎间孔镜技术将孔道式入路和内窥镜技术相结合以实现微创化手术、有效缓解患者病痛。为了避免术中医源性神经损伤,常采用区域阻滞联合静脉镇痛药作为其主要的麻醉方式以保留患者意识及神经易感性。围术期良好的镇痛管理不仅是术者手术操作顺利进行的基础,更是加快患者功能锻炼及康复的关键。现已有多种区域阻滞方式联合可视化技术成功应用于经椎间孔镜下腰椎手术的围术期镇痛,本文查阅国内外近期文献以了解目前应用的区域阻滞技术并对其优劣做一综述。

Abstract:

With the concept of EARS,the percutaneous foraminal technique combines the foraminal approach with the endoscopic technique to achieve minimally invasive surgery and effective disease treatment.To avoid iatrogenic nerve injury during surgery, regional block combined with intravenous analgesics is always used as the main method for foramen surgery to preserve the patient"s consciousness and nerve susceptibility. Good perioperative analgesia management is not ony the basis for the success operation but also can enhance recovery after surgery. A variety of regional block methods, combined visualization technology have been successfully applied to the perioperative analgesia of percutaneous transforaminal endoscopic surgery.This article reviews the advantages and disadvantages of the current regional block technology used.
