摘要:

疼痛既是物种生存必须的保护性反应，也是影响人类生命健康和社会发展的全球性健康问题。未来十年，我国将成为全球最大、增长速度最快的疼痛治疗市场。祛除疼痛是科技创新面向人民生命健康和服务国家健康战略的重大需求，发现新的镇痛靶点、开发新的镇痛策略成为国际科研的前沿科学问题。本文简要回顾了疼痛的分类及其治疗现状，重点综述了镇痛分子靶点的研究进展，讨论了疼痛与镇痛领域内可能的发展方向。

Abstract:

Pain is both a protective response necessary for the survival of the species and a global health issue that affects human health and social development. In the next decade, China will become the largest and fastest growing pain treatment market in the world. Pain elimination is a major demand of scientific and technological innovation for the people's life and health and the national health strategy. Finding new analgesic targets and developing new analgesic strategies have become the frontier scientific issues of international scientific research. This paper briefly reviewed the classification of pain and its treatment status, focused on the research progress of analgesic strategies and molecular targets, and discussed the possible development directions in the field of pain and analgesia.
