    摘要:

    化疗所致周围神经毒性一直是肿瘤化疗当中不可回避的不良反应之一,发病机制复杂多样,与化疗药物的药理作用机制相关,但目前临床上没有可以有效预防其发生的药物。大麻二酚在神经保护方面具有优秀的潜力,例如多发性硬化症、阿尔兹海默症等,并且在多种化疗药物所致周围神经毒性中都具有不同程度的治疗及预防作用,且不影响化疗药物的抗肿瘤活性。本文综述了大麻二酚通过多种机制预防及治疗CIPN,例如内源性大麻素系统、抗氧化应激、保护线粒体、激活5-HT1A、TRPV1、PPARγ等,并且对其可能存在的其他机制进行推测。

    Abstract:

    Peripheral neurotoxicity caused by chemotherapy has always been one of the unavoidable adverse reactions in tumor treatment. The pathogenesis is complex and varied, and is related to the pharmacological action of chemotherapy drugs. At present, there is no effective drug to prevent its occurrence. Cannabidiol has excellent potential in neuroprotection, such as multiple sclerosis and Alzheimer""s disease, and has various therapeutic and preventive effects on peripheral neurotoxicity caused by various chemotherapy drugs, without affecting the antitumor activity of chemotherapy drugs. In this review, several mechanisms of cannabidiol for the prevention and treatment of CIPN, such as endocannabinoid system, antioxidant, mitochondrial protection, activation of 5-HT1A, TRPV1, and PPARγ, were reviewed, and other possible mechanisms were speculated.
