Abstract:Objective: To explore the effect and value of evidence-based nursing in pain management for patients undergoing lumbar spine surgery in neurosurgery. Methods: This study was conducted retrospectively. The study period was 2020.1-2021.7. Objective fifty-two patients who received lumbar spine surgery and pain management in the neurosurgery department of our hospital were randomly divided into two groups. Grouping: Number of groups: 2 groups, type: control group (routine nursing), observation group (evidence-based nursing), number of cases in the group: 25 cases in each group. The observation results of the two groups were compared: lumbar dysfunction, functional recovery and pain; Physical comfort and sleep quality. Results: In the observation group who underwent evidence-based nursing, the patients had less dysfunction, less pain, better lumbar function, better comfort and better sleep quality. Data comparison between the two groups, P<0.05. Conclusion: Evidence-based nursing has a significant effect in the pain management of patients with neurosurgical lumbar spine surgery, which can reduce the pain of patients and improve the function of the lumbar spine.
