Abstract:Objective To compare analgesic efficacy of acupuncture at Neimadian combined with Flurbiprofen axetil on the surgery of shoulder adhesive capsulitis. Method Selected 60 patients with shoulder adhesive capsulitis admitted to the day ward of our hospital from January 2019 to December 2021, randomly divided into Neimadian points of combined Flurbiprofen axetil ester group (Group A,35 cases) and Flurbiprofen axetil group (Group B,32 cases). Comparing two groups of 2, 6 and 18 hours of rest and exercise VAS pain score, adverse reactions (nausea, vomiting, respiratory depression, gastrointestinal hemorrhage, sleepiness) after two sets of surgery. Results There was no significant difference in postoperative VAS pain score and complications in a group of A and B(P >0.05). Conclusion Acupuncture at Neimadian combined with Flurbiprofen axetil on the daytime surgery of periarthritis shoulder are comparable to Flurbiprofen axetil, better patient comfort, good for patients to exercise in early shoulder joint function.
