    摘要:

    脉冲射频(pulsed radiofrequency, PRF)因其对组织伤害性小,并发症少以及经济花费少而逐渐成为治疗疼痛常用的介入治疗手段。背根神经节(dorsal root ganglion, DRG)作为疼痛信号传导的初级中枢,因此也成为临床上慢性疼痛介入治疗的重要靶点。近年来,背根神经节脉冲射频在疼痛中的应用成为国内外研究的热点,本文将从镇痛机制,应用领域,并发症、治疗优劣性等方面进行总结,为进一步探索其在疼痛诊疗中的新策略提供参考。

    Abstract:

    Pulsed radiofrequency (PRF) has gradually become a commonly used interventional treatment for pain because of its low damage to tissues, few complications and low economic cost. As the primary center of pain signaling, dorsal root ganglion (DRG) has also become an important target for clinical interventional treatment of chronic pain. In recent years, the application of pulsed radio frequency of dorsal root ganglion in pain has become a hot spot in domestic and foreign research, and this article will summarize the analgesic mechanism, application field, complications, treatment advantages and disadvantages, etc., so as to provide reference for further exploring new strategies in pain diagnosis and treatment.
