三叉神经痛（Trigeminal neuralgia，TN）的诊疗研究快速发展，诊疗理念不断更新。近年来对TN的临床研究尤其是系统规范的诊疗愈来愈受到重视，而在国内对TN 的系统规范诊疗方案介绍较少。本文旨在对TN的诱发因素、发病机制、诊断标准及规范性治疗的进展提供系统性综述，为三叉神经痛的及时诊疗提供参考依据。

Abstract:

The diagnosis and treatment research of trigeminal neuralgia (TN) has developed rapidly, and the diagnosis and treatment concept has been constantly updated. In recent years, more and more attention has been paid to the clinical research of TN, especially the systematic and standardized diagnosis and treatment, while there is less introduction to the systematic and standardized diagnosis and treatment scheme of TN in China. This article aims to provide a systematic review of the inducing factors, pathogenesis, diagnostic criteria and normative treatment of TN, and provide a reference basis for the timely diagnosis and treatment of trigeminal neuralgia.
