Case report of treatment of Ramsay-Hunt syndrome with pulsed radiofrequency of cervical 2-3 dorsal root ganglion combined with facial nerve stem and literature review

Hunt综合征（又称Ramsay-Hunt综合征）是一种发生在头面部特殊类型的带状疱疹相关神经痛，疼痛剧烈，常规治疗效果差，本文报道1例采用颈2-3背根神经节联合茎乳孔面神经脉冲射频治疗Hunt综合征的成功案例，为该病的治疗提供一种新方法。

Abstract:

Hunt syndrome (also known as Ramsay-Hunt syndrome) is a type of herpes zoster relevant neuralgia that usually occurs in the head and face with severe pain and poor response to conventional treatment. This paper reports a successful case of the treatment of Hunt syndrome by pulsed radiofrequency of cervical 2-3 dorsal root ganglia and stylomastoid foramen facial nerve, providing a new method for the treatment of Hunt syndrome.
