Abstract:Objective To understand the negative mood status and related factors in patients with postherpetic neuralgia, and to provide a theoretical basis for improving the psychological interventions of such patients.Methods Using convenience sampling method, general data questionnaire, hospital anxiety and depression scale and visual simulation evaluation scale from June to December 2020,212 patients with postherpes zoster neuralgia in Jiangxi Province met the inclusion criteria, and Logistic regression to analyze negative emotional factors by Logistic regression.Results The incidence of negative mood in postshpetic neuralgia was 54.71%.Logistic regression results show that the course of disease, pain intensity, family per capita monthly income, pain duration is the main factor affecting the negative mood (P<0.05) Conclusion after herpes zoster neuralgia patients with negative mood incidence is high, medical staff should not only pay attention to the disease itself treatment, but also pay attention to the patient''s psychological state, take a variety of ways to alleviate or eliminate the negative mood of patients.
