目的:初步探讨miR-29b在KOA大鼠股四头肌和关节软骨中的含量表达变化,以及miR-29b antagomir在改善KOA大鼠股四头肌和关节软骨病理变化中的作用,并探究其具体发生机制。
1. To detect the changes of miR-29b in quadriceps and articular cartilage in rat knee osteoarthritis (knee osteoarthritis, KOA) model, and to explore the relationship between miR-29b and muscle atrophy and cartilage degeneration.
