    摘要:

    目的:探讨X-线引导3D重建成像辅助腰交感射频热凝术(Lumbar Sympathetic Nerve Radiofrequency Thermocoagulation,LSNRT)治疗Burger病的疗效及技术优势。方法:回顾性分析2014年8月~2018年8月在我院行腰交感射频热凝治疗Burger病患者32例。收集患者一般资料,并发症发生率、术后红外热像和临床疗效。临床疗效采用疼痛数字评分法(numerical rating scale,NRS)、下肢皮温、踝肱指数(ankle brachial-index,,ABI)、复发率等评价指标。结果:术后患侧肢体疼痛明显缓解,疼痛临床治愈率87.5%,疼痛缓解显效率100%,术后末次随访疼痛临床治愈率75.0%;患者ABI术后改善明显;无生殖股神经及股神经损伤等相关并发症的发生。结论:X-线3D重建腰交感射频热凝术治疗Burger病是一种安全、有效的微创治疗方法。

    Abstract:

    Objective: To investigate the efficacy and technical advantages of X-ray guided 3D reconstruction imaging assisted lumbar sympathetic nerve radiofrequency thermocoagulation (lsnrt) in the treatment of Burger's disease. Methods: 32 patients with lBurger's disease treated by lumbar sympathetic radiofrequency thermocoagulation in our hospital from August 2014~August 2018 were analyzed retrospectively. The general data, incidence of complications, postoperative infrared thermography and clinical efficacy were collected. The clinical efficacy was evaluated by numerical rating scale (NRS), lower limb skin temperature, ankle brachial index (ABI), recurrence rate and so on. Results: the pain of the affected limb was relieved significantly, The clinical cure rate of pain was 87.5%, the effective rate of pain relief was 100%, and the clinical cure rate of pain in the last follow-up was 75.0%; ABI improved significantly after operation; No related complications such as genital femoral nerve and femoral nerve injury occurred. Conclusion: X-ray 3D reconstruction lumbar sympathetic radiofrequency thermocoagulation is a safe and effective minimally invasive treatment for burger's disease.
