Abstract:Objective To analyze the research hotspots and frontier evolution of postoperative lumbar disc herniation at home and abroad, so as to provide references for related problems after lumbar disc herniation. The method is based on the principle of bibliometrics, using Citespace"s visual knowledge graph software, combined with tools such as EXCEL2010, that analyze the research hotspots and frontier evolution of postoperative lumbar intervertebral disc herniation at home and abroad. Results 1. A total of 706 domestic and foreign literatures were included, it is concluded that the authors , articles, countries, ,Keywords, Keywordclustering , Clusters of Keywords. Conclusion 1. At present, both domestic and foreign pay attention to the research in related fields after lumbar disc herniation surgery. 2. There are many domestic and foreign authors and institutions researching the field of lumbar disc herniation surgery, but there is a lack of leading figures and scientific research institutions. In the future, it is necessary to strengthen domestic and international cooperation in China. 3.Domestic research hotspots mainly focus on the treatment of postoperative residual symptoms and postoperative pain of lumbar disc herniation. Foreign research hotspots are mainly the influencing factors of lumbar spine surgery failure syndrome and postoperative recurrence. 4. In the future, Chinese medicine treatment of lumbar intervertebral disc herniation will be the research frontier in China, and non-surgical treatment based on the influencing factors of lumbar spine surgery failure syndrome and postoperative recurrence will be the research frontier abroad.
