临时脊髓电刺激植入治疗腰脊神经根损伤1例报告

A case report of temporary spinal electrical stimulation implantation for lumbar spinal nerve root injury

摘要:

腰椎间盘突出症是疼痛科常见疾病之一，椎间孔镜技术在腰椎间盘突出症的治疗中取得了显著疗效，而随着椎间孔镜技术的广泛应用，出血、感染及神经损伤等并发症的发生率也随之升高。神经损伤为椎间孔镜手术的常见并发症之一，主要特点为术中或术后出现受损神经支配区域的无力、麻木、疼痛或感觉异常等症状，如若发现较晚或处理不及时则可导致患者神经不可逆性损害，严重影响患者的生活质量。本文分析1例椎间孔镜术后腰脊神经根损伤患者的临床表现、治疗措施，发现临时脊髓电刺激植入治疗有益于脊神经根损伤的恢复。

Abstract:

Lumbar disc herniation is one of the common diseases in the Department of Pain Management. The technique of intervertebral foramina has achieved remarkable curative effect and wide application in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation. With the extensive application of intervertebral foramina, the incidence of complications, such as bleeding, infection and nerve injury, has also increased. Nerve injury is a common complication of intervertebral foramen surgery with intraoperative or postoperative symptoms such as weakness, numbness, pain or paresthesia in damaged innervation area. Irreversible damage of nerve injury patients have bad quality of life without timely treatment. In this paper, one patient’ clinical manifestations and treatment measures were reported of intervertebral foramen mirror postoperative lumbar spinal nerve root injury, and temporary spinal cord stimulation implant therapy was beneficial to the recovery of spinal nerve root injury.
