脊髓电刺激治疗癌痛的现状及病例报道

Current status and case reports of the treatment of cancer pain by spinal cord stimulation

摘要:

随着癌症发病率与治愈率不断上升，癌症本身及其治疗带来的疼痛发病率也不断攀升。同时癌症患者生存期的延长，使得癌痛成为康复和生活质量的一大阻碍。癌痛的治疗亟需更完善的发展。本文通过回顾性分析脊髓电刺激治疗癌痛的文献，以及三例脊髓电刺激治疗癌痛的病例报告，进一步阐述脊髓电刺激对于癌痛治疗的功效，为癌痛提供更有效的治疗方案。

Abstract:

As the incidence and cure rates of cancer continue to rise, so does the incidence of chronic pain related to cancer itself and cancer treatment. At the same time, the prolongation of survival time of cancer patients makes cancer pain become a major obstacle to rehabilitation and quality of life. The treatment of cancer pain is in urgent need of more comprehensive development. In this paper, by retrospectively analyzing the literature on the treatment of cancer pain by Spinal Cord Stimulation (SCS) and three cases report of the SCS treatment of cancer pain, the efficacy of SCS for the treatment of cancer pain was further elaborated, so as to provide a more effective treatment plan for cancer pain.
