带状疱疹后神经痛护理文献研究进展的综述

摘要:

对带状疱疹后神经痛患者护理文献进行综述,从不同护理模式及理念应用于PHN患者的研究、中医护理技术应用于PHN患者的研究、PHN患者护理内容的研究、PHN患者的疼痛评估研究4个方面总结带状疱疹后神经痛护理研究现状,结果显示：文献质量有待进一步提高,缺少多中心、大样本的研究,应重视试验的研究设计,提高文献质量,同时,临床中PHN患者疼痛综合评估开展较少、且缺乏完整、科学的PHN患者临床护理指导方案。

Abstract:

This paper reviews the nursing literature of patients with postherpetic neuralgia, and summarizes the current situation of nursing research on patients with postherpetic neuralgia from four aspects: the research of different nursing modes and concepts applied to PHN patients, the research of traditional Chinese medicine nursing technology applied to PHN patients, the research of nursing content of PHN patients, and the research of pain assessment of PHN patients. The results show that the quality of literature needs to be further improved, and there is a lack of literature Multi center, large sample research, should pay attention to the research design of the trial, improve the quality of the literature, at the same time, the clinical comprehensive evaluation of pain in patients with PHN is less carried out, and there is a lack of complete and scientific clinical nursing guidance scheme for patients with PHN.
