细银针联合星状神经节阻滞治疗颈源性头痛的临床疗效观察

摘要:

目的：观察细银针联合星状神经节阻滞疗法治疗患者颈源性头痛的临床疗效。方法： 收集2018年1月一2020年1月在本院疼痛门诊就诊并确诊为颈源性头痛患者56例，用计算机随机分配法将就诊患者随机分成对照组和治疗组，治疗组有患者29例，男13例，女16例；年龄35-43岁；病程1至5月。对照组患者有27例，男12例，女15例；年龄34-45岁；病程3至8月。治疗组患者用细银针联合星状神经节阻滞治疗，对照组患者仅用星状神经节阻滞治疗，两组患者在治疗前及治疗1个疗程后均采用HIT一6评分和VAS评分法进行评估，观察不同治疗方法对患者疼痛改善效果。结果：治疗后，两组患者疼痛HIT-6评分及VAS评分均得到改善，但是治疗组显著优于对照组，且差异有统计学意义。结论：采用细银针联合星状神经节阻滞治疗颈源性头痛，疗效明显优于单用星状神经节阻滞。

Abstract:

Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of fine silver needle combined with stellate ganglion block in the treatment of cervix headache. Methods: From January 2018 to January 2020, 56 patients with cervicogenic headache were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group, 29 patients in the treatment group, 13 males and 16 females, aged 35 to 43 years, with a course of 1 to 5 months. The control group consisted of 27 patients, 12 males and 15 females, aged 34 to 45 years, and the duration of the disease ranged from 3 to August. The treatment group was treated with stellate ganglion block combined with dense fine silver needle, while the control group was only treated with stellate ganglion block. Both groups were treated with HIT-6 score and VAS score before and after 1 courses of treatment. Results: After treatment, the two groups of patients with HIT-6 score and VAS score were improved, but the treatment group was significantly better than the control group, the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion: The effect of fine silver needle combined with stellate ganglion block in the treatment of cervix headache is better than that of stellate ganglion block alone.
