Abstract:Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of fine silver needle combined with stellate ganglion block in the treatment of cervix headache. Methods: From January 2018 to January 2020, 56 patients with cervicogenic headache were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group, 29 patients in the treatment group, 13 males and 16 females, aged 35 to 43 years, with a course of 1 to 5 months. The control group consisted of 27 patients, 12 males and 15 females, aged 34 to 45 years, and the duration of the disease ranged from 3 to August. The treatment group was treated with stellate ganglion block combined with dense fine silver needle, while the control group was only treated with stellate ganglion block. Both groups were treated with HIT-6 score and VAS score before and after 1 courses of treatment. Results: After treatment, the two groups of patients with HIT-6 score and VAS score were improved, but the treatment group was significantly better than the control group, the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion: The effect of fine silver needle combined with stellate ganglion block in the treatment of cervix headache is better than that of stellate ganglion block alone.
