Abstract:Objective To construct a scientific and feasible evaluation index system of core competence of pain specialist nurses based on multidisciplinary cooperation. Methods The first draft of evaluation index system was drawn up through literature retrieval and expert interviews, the Delphi method was used to form the evaluation index system of core competence of pain specialist nurses based on multidisciplinary cooperation, and the priority chart method was used to determine the weight of all levels of indicators. Results The effective recovery rates of the two rounds of expert consultation questionnaires were 100%, the expert authority coefficients of the two rounds were 0.864 and 0.906 respectively, and the harmony coefficients of the second round of expert consultation were 0.477, 0.359 and 0.468 respectively (P< 0.01). The final evaluation index system of core competence of multidisciplinary cooperative pain specialist nurses includes 5 first-level indicators, 16 second-level indicators and 50 third-level indicators. Conclusion the evaluation index system of core competence of pain specialist nurses based on multidisciplinary cooperation is scientific, reasonable and comprehensive, which can provide reference basis for the evaluation of core competence of pain specialist nurses in our country.
