    目的 构建科学、可行的基于多学科协作疼痛专科护士核心能力评价指标体系。方法 通过文献检索、专家访谈拟订评价指标体系初稿,采用德尔菲法形成基于多学科协作疼痛专科护士核心能力评价指标体系,并运用优序图法确定各级指标的权重。结果 2轮专家咨询问卷有效回收率均为100%,两轮专家权威系数分别为0.864、0.906,第二轮函询和谐系数分别为0.477、0.359、0.468(P<0.01)。最终形成的多学科协作疼痛专科护士核心能力评价指标体系包括5个一级指标,16个二级指标,50个三级指标。结论 基于多学科协作疼痛专科护士核心能力评价指标体系科学合理、内容全面,能为我国疼痛专科护士核心能力评价提供参考依据。

    Abstract:

    Objective To construct a scientific and feasible evaluation index system of core competence of pain specialist nurses based on multidisciplinary cooperation. Methods The first draft of evaluation index system was drawn up through literature retrieval and expert interviews, the Delphi method was used to form the evaluation index system of core competence of pain specialist nurses based on multidisciplinary cooperation, and the priority chart method was used to determine the weight of all levels of indicators. Results The effective recovery rates of the two rounds of expert consultation questionnaires were 100%, the expert authority coefficients of the two rounds were 0.864 and 0.906 respectively, and the harmony coefficients of the second round of expert consultation were 0.477, 0.359 and 0.468 respectively (P< 0.01). The final evaluation index system of core competence of multidisciplinary cooperative pain specialist nurses includes 5 first-level indicators, 16 second-level indicators and 50 third-level indicators. Conclusion the evaluation index system of core competence of pain specialist nurses based on multidisciplinary cooperation is scientific, reasonable and comprehensive, which can provide reference basis for the evaluation of core competence of pain specialist nurses in our country.
