Abstract:Pain is a specific response of the body to noxious stimuli. It is mainly divided into nociceptive pain and pathological pain, the latter mainly including inflammatory pain, neuropathic pain and cancer pain. The transient receptor potential vanilloid subfamily 1(TPRV1)channel has been shown to play an important role in pathological pain. This paper reviews the role of TRPV1 channel in pathological pain, hoping to provide new ideas for the treatment of pathological pain.
