疼痛医学专科医师规范化培训探索

The Exploration of Standardized Pain Medicine Fellowship Training

摘要:

疼痛医学是以诊断和治疗慢性疼痛为主的临床交叉学科，疼痛科为一级诊疗科室。然而，目前我国尚未建立规范化的疼痛医学人才培养体系。本文介绍了北京大学医学部在系统、规范地开展疼痛医学专科医师培训方面所做的尝试，包括在调研各附属医院和教学医院疼痛科现状基础上，制定并实施了培训方案和考核方案，以及对于疼痛学科设置思考等内容，为建立疼痛医学专科医师培训体系积累经验。

Abstract:

Pain medicine is a clinical interdisciplinary for acute and chronic pain management, and pain medicine department is a primary clinical unit in health care system. The standardized training system for pain medicine has not well established yet in China. It was elaborated in this article about the implementation of a pilot standardized pain medicine fellowship training program, based on needs assessment of the relevant affiliated and teaching hospitals in Peking University Health Science Center. The guidelines for training and assessment were constituted with extensive discussion before implementation. It was intended to draw on experiences to build up the standardized pain medicine training system in future.
