    目的:借助红外热成像系统评估细银质针治疗膝关节骨性关节炎(Knee Osteoarthritis,KOA)的疗效。方法:疼痛科门诊符合KOA诊断的患者60例,随机分为对照组和治疗组各30例,对照组采用普通针刺治疗,治疗组予细银质针治疗,分别记录治疗前后疼痛视觉模拟评分(VAS)、膝关节活动度(ROM)、西安大略麦马斯特大学骨性关节炎指数可视化量表(WOMAC)评分,以及红外热成像仪检查患侧疼痛区域与健侧相同部位的温差。结果:经治疗后,治疗组患者较对照组VAS评分、WOMAC评分、双侧温差显著降低(p<0.05),膝关节活动度显著增大(p<0.05)。结论:细银质针疗法可以有效减轻KOA患者的疼痛、改善关节功能及活动度,而红外热成像仪是评估疗效的客观手段。

    Abstract:

    Objective:To observe the clinical effect of fine silver needle diathermy for knee osteoarthritis (KOA) with far- infrared thermal texture maps system. Methods: 60 patients who were diagnosed by KOA in pain department were randomly divided into control group (n = 30) and treatment group (n = 30). The control group was treated with common acupuncture and the treatment group was treated with fine silver needle. The visual analogue score of pain ((VAS)), the range of motion of knee joint ((ROM)) and the WOMAC score of osteoarthritis were recorded before and after treatment. And the far-infrared thermal texture maps system was used to check the temperature difference between the pain area of the affected side and the same part of the healthy side. Results: After treatment, the VAS score, WOMAC score and bilateral temperature difference in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group, and the range of motion of the knee joint was significantly increased in the treatment group. Conclusion: Silver needle diathermy can effectively relieve the clinical symptoms of KOA, and far-infrared thermal texture maps system is an effective method to evaluate the curative effect.
