    目的:观察医用三氧自体血回输对带状疱疹的治疗效果。方法:78例急性期带状疱疹患者,随机分为试验组(A组)及对照组(B组),每组39例。B组采用口服加巴喷丁胶囊、甲钴胺片,静脉给予更昔洛韦,A组在对照组用药的基础上,给予医用三氧自体血回输治疗,两组患者分别于治疗前、治疗后第5天、10天、20天、30天进行视觉模拟评分(VAS);记录皮损愈合时间及带状疱疹后神经痛的发病例数,计算其发病率。结果:两组患者治疗后各时间点与治疗前比较,VAS评分均降低,且A组变化较B组显著,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组患者皮损愈合时间明显短于对照组(P<0. 05);试验组患者带状疱疹后神经痛的发病率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:医用三氧自体血回输治疗急性期带状疱疹可明显减轻患者的疼痛,有助于皮损修复,降低患者带状疱疹后神经痛的发病率。

    Abstract:

    Objective: To observe the therapeutic effect of ozonated autohemotherapy on herpes zoster. Methods: Seventy-eight patients with acute herpes zoster were randomly divided into experimental group (group A) and control group (group B). Patients in group A were treated with ozonated autohemotherapy on the basis of medication in group B. (Visual analog score, VAS) were measured in the two groups before treatment, 5 days, 10 days, 20 days and 30 days after treatment. The healing time of lesions and the incidence of postherpetic neuralgia were recorded. Results: The VAS score of group A was significantly lower than that of group B (P < 0.05), and the healing time of skin lesion in group A was significantly shorter than that in group B (P<0.05). The incidence of postherpetic neuralgia in group A was significantly lower than that in group B (P<0.05). Conclusion: Ozonated autohemotherapy in the treatment of acute herpes zoster can significantly relieve the pain of the patients, help repair the skin lesions, reduce the incidence of post-herpes zoster neuralgia.
