    摘要:

    交感神经调制目前已被广泛应用于多种相关性疾病的治疗中,例如多汗症、雷诺氏病、复杂性区域疼痛综合征、下肢动脉硬化性闭塞症等疾病。它主要分为三大类,首先是口服药物治疗;其次是交感神经非毁损性阻滞,例如星状神经节阻滞;再是交感神经毁损性阻滞。然而,随着影像技术的飞速发展,现已从传统的内窥镜直视下毁损性阻滞发展为CT引导下的微创毁损性阻滞,不仅减少了手术的相关风险和并发症,同时也提高了患者的满意度。本文以围绕交感神经调制的临床应用展开综述。

    Abstract:

    sympathetic modulation has been widely used in the treatment of a variety of related diseases, such as hyperhidrosis, Raynaud"s disease, complex regional pain syndrome, arteriosclerotic occlusive disease of lower extremities and so on. It is mainly divided into three categories, the first is oral drug therapy, and the second is sympathetic non-destructive block, such as stellate ganglion block, then the third is sympathetic destructive block. However, with the rapid development of imaging technology, it has developed from traditional endoscopic destructive block to CT-guided minimally invasive destructive block, which not only reduces the risks and complications related to surgery, but also improves the satisfaction of patients. This article reviews the clinical application of sympathetic modulation.
