紧张型头痛是常见头痛类型，具有病程长，反复发作，较高致残率等特点，严重降低了患者生活质量，给患者家庭和社会经济带来沉重负担。该病由多因素引起，且发病率高，临床个体化治疗复杂。本综述主要论述紧张型头痛诊断，药物治疗包括急性发作期和预防性药物选择，以提高对紧张型头痛认识，合理进行干预和药物治疗，减少该病对健康造成的危害。

Abstract:

Tension-type headache is the most common type of headache in the population. Chronic tension-type headache is causing a high degree of disability. Tension-type headache is not as simple and easy to treat as people often think. Non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs are commonly used in the treatment of acute phase, and amitriptyline is very effective in preventing headaches. The author reviews the medical treatment of tension-type headache, hoping to improve the understanding of tension-type headache and provide more specific diagnosis and treatment methods for many tension-type headache patients.
