    摘要:

    目的:探讨脉冲射频对犬腰椎退变模型椎间盘髓核组织中磷脂酶A2(phospholipase A2, PLA2)活性的影响,为其临床上治疗椎间盘源性腰痛提供理论依据。方法:对20只成年比格犬随机分为实验组与对照组,每组10只,实验组与对照组各随机选取8只在X线透视引导下经皮穿刺L5/6椎间盘建立腰椎间盘退变动物模型。造模成功3个月后,实验组退变动物模型在X射线引导下行L5/6经皮腰椎间盘内脉冲射频调节术,对照组退变动物模型在X射线引导下L5/6椎间盘穿刺术,但不进行脉冲射频调节术。两组于造模前及术前2天及术后7、14、28天采用空气栓塞法分别处死2只动物,取出动物的椎间盘髓核组织。采用微量酸滴定法测定两组椎间盘髓核组织中PLA2的活性,将获得的数据进行统计学分析。 结果 造模后实验组与对照组椎间盘髓核组织中PLA2的活性显著高于造模前椎间盘髓核组织( <0.05),术后实验组7、14、28天椎间盘髓核组织中PLA2的活性明显低于对照组( <0.05)。结论:脉冲射频能够显著抑制犬腰椎退变模型椎间盘髓核组织中PLA2的活性,为射频治疗腰椎病变提供理论依据。

    Abstract:

    ObjectiveTo investigate the activity ofphospholipase A2(PLA2)indegenerative intervertebraldisc of adult dog treated withpulsed radiofrequency. Methods20 healthy adult dogs were randomly divided into experimental group(E group n=10) and control group(C group n=10).L5-6 disc of 16 dogs were treated with percutaneous paracentesis of intervertebral space to establish degenerative lumbar intervertebral disc models. 3 months after animal models were successfully made,pulsed radiofrequencywere performedin E group and only disc puncture in Cgroup under X—ray monitoring2 dogs of each group were killed and samples of PLA2were assayed. The activities of PLA2were tested through method of trace acid titration.Results Activities of the PLA2 indegenerative lumbar intervertebral discs were obviously higher than those in normal discs( <0.05). Activities of the PLA2in E group at 7,14,28th day wereobviouslylower than those in C group( <0.05). ConclusionPulsed radiofrequency can decrease the activity of PLA2 in degenerative intervertebral disc of adult dog.
