抗体治疗疼痛的研究进展*

Research Progress of Antibody Therapy for Pain

摘要:

疼痛是组织损伤或与潜在组织损伤相关的一种不愉快的躯体感觉和情感体验,严重危害着患者身心健康。目前临床上缓解疼痛的手段有限,以药物治疗为主。然而,现有的镇痛药物普遍存在安全性和耐受性问题。因此,探索针对疼痛的新型治疗药物的是目前该领域的一个重要方向。近年来,抗体类药物已成为镇痛药物领域中最有活力和前景的一个分支,许多靶点已被发现并应用于抗体类药物研发。本文就这些靶点及其临床研究现状等进行综述,旨在为针对疼痛的抗体类药物研发及临床治疗提供参考。

Abstract:

Pain is an unpleasant sensory and emotional experience associated with existing or potential tissue injury,which seriously impairs the physical and mental health of patients. At present, pharmacological treatment is currently the key approach to manage it. However, analgesics generally have safety and tolerance problems, so the research of new drugs for pain management is the current direction in this field. In recent years, antibody drugs have become the most active and promising branch in the field of analgesic drugs. This review briefly describes the recent advances on targets and clinical research status of antibody drugs for the treatment of pain, so as to provide information for drug development and clinical therapy.
