针刺疗法在术后疼痛治疗的应用现状

针刺疗法是术后疼痛非药物镇痛治疗的常用方法之一，针刺具有操作简单、安全有效、副反应小、花费经济的特点，在缓解术后患者疼痛及降低副反应方面有着积极作用。针对针刺镇痛的产生机制的实验及临床研究越来越深入，为针刺治疗提供了大量的理论基础。本文通过总结不同针刺形式在术后疼痛的运用，以及常见专科疾病术后针刺镇痛的机制和运用，旨在为临床医护人员提供可参考的依据。

Abstract:

Acupuncture is one of the commonly used methods for non-drug analgesia treatment of postoperative pain. Acupuncture has the characteristics of simple operation, safe and effective, small side effects and economical cost, and has a positive effect on relieving postoperative pain and reducing side effects. The experimental and clinical research on the mechanism of acupuncture analgesia is more and more thorough. It provides a lot of theoretical basis for acupuncture treatment. This article introduces the application of different forms of acupuncture in postoperative pain from the clinical point of view, as well as postoperative acupuncture and analgesia for common specialty diseases, aiming to provide a reference for clinical medical staff
