Abstract:Objective: To explore the clinical application value of infrared thermography in evaluating the therapeutic effect of radiofrequency thermocoagulation in acute aggravation stage of lumbar myofascitis. Methods: 76 patients with acute unilateral aggravation stage of lumbar myofascitis who were admitted to the pain department of Heze municipal hospital from January 2018 to June 2019 were treated with radiofrequency thermocoagulation. We analyzed the curative effects at pre-treatment, 1 week, 1 month, 6 months after treatment via infrared thermography and VAS score. Results: After radiofrequency thermocoagulation, the VAS score and the average temperature difference on the healthy side of 76 patients decreased significantly, and there was a positive correlation between them. Conclusion: Infrared thermography can be used for the evaluation of curative effect of lumbar myofascitis in acute aggravation stage.
