骨质疏松性疼痛的管理及研究进展

摘要:

骨质疏松症( osteoporosis, OP)是一种影响全球数以千万计人口的全身性代谢性骨病。除导致骨折外,OP产生的疼痛也是导致患者生活质量下降的重要原因。与传统骨折源性疼痛的单一观点不同,骨质疏松性疼痛( osteoporotic pain, OPP) 可能与骨代谢、肌骨结构、感觉、情感和认知等方面的变化有关。但常用的疼痛管理手段效果并不令人完全满意。本文从OPP的发生、管理及研究进展等方面进行综述,以期为发展基于机制、规范、全程、综合的OPP管理方案提供思路。

Abstract:

Osteoporosis ( OP) is a systemic metabolic bone disease that affects tens of millions of people around the world. Apart from causing fractures, the pain caused by OP is also a principal culprit for the decline of patients" quality of life. Different from the traditional single view of fracture-induced pain, osteoporotic pain ( OPP) may be related to the changes in bone metabolism, musculoskeletal structure, sensory, emotion,and cognition. However, the efficacy of commonly used analgesics is not completely satisfactory for this kind of pain. This article reviews the occurrence, management methods and research progress of OPP, to provide ideas for developing the mechanism-based, full- course and comprehensive management strategy of OPP.
