Abstract:Peripheral neuropathic pain induced by chemotherapy is a common adverse reaction of clinical antineoplastic drugs which limits the further use of chemotherapy drugs and causes severe physical and mental burden to patients. So far, the exactly mechanism of chemotherapy-induced neuropathic pain is unknown, and there are no effective drugs in clinic. In this study, the published researches on chemotherapy-induced neuropathic pain has been extensively retrieved and summarized. On this basis, the possible mechanism of chemotherapy-induced neuropathic pain is summarized in purpose to provide theoretical basis for the development of target drugs.
