    摘要:

    化疗导致的外周神经病理性疼痛是临床抗肿瘤药物的常见不良反应,神经痛的出现限制了化疗药的进一步应用并使患者产生严重身心负担。目前化疗导致的神经病理性疼痛的机制不详,临床上也没有效的药物。本文对已发表的化疗所致神经病理性疼痛相关研究进行了广泛检索及总结,在此基础上综述了化疗药导致神经病理性疼痛的可能机制,以期为研发靶点药物提供理论基础。

    Abstract:

    Peripheral neuropathic pain induced by chemotherapy is a common adverse reaction of clinical antineoplastic drugs which limits the further use of chemotherapy drugs and causes severe physical and mental burden to patients. So far, the exactly mechanism of chemotherapy-induced neuropathic pain is unknown, and there are no effective drugs in clinic. In this study, the published researches on chemotherapy-induced neuropathic pain has been extensively retrieved and summarized. On this basis, the possible mechanism of chemotherapy-induced neuropathic pain is summarized in purpose to provide theoretical basis for the development of target drugs.
