Abstract:Objective To explore the clinical effect of establishing sensitive index of pain assessment management to improve the integrity rate of pain assessment performed by nurses. Methods: the sensitive index of pain assessment and management was established, and the complete examination table and detailed rules for nurses to carry out pain assessment were established. 500 inpatients who did not establish sensitive indicators of pain assessment in our department from July 1, 2018 to December 30, 2018 were selected as the control group. 500 inpatients who established sensitive indicators of pain assessment in our department from July 1, 2019 to December 30, 2019 were selected as the observation group, and the results of the complete rate of pain assessment performed by nurses were analyzed and compared. Results: the integrity rate of nurses performing pain assessment was significantly higher than that before implementation, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.01).Conclusion: the establishment of sensitive indicators of pain assessment management can effectively improve nurses' awareness of participating in pain assessment management, correctly understand the importance of pain evaluation standardization for patients' pain management, and significantly improve the integrity rate of nurses performing pain assessment. Improve the quality of pain care, reduce patients' pain, and improve patients' satisfaction and quality of life.
