基于疼痛评估管理敏感指标提高疼痛评估完整率的临床应用

摘要:

目的：探讨建立疼痛评估管理敏感指标提高护士执行疼痛评估完整率的临床应用效果。方法：建立疼痛评估管理敏感指标，制定护士执行疼痛评估完整查检表及细则。选取我科2018年7月1日至2018年12月30日未建立疼痛评估敏感指标护士执行疼痛评估的住院病人500例作为对照组，选取我科2019年7月1日至12月30日建立疼痛评估敏感指标护士执行疼痛评估的住院病人500例作为观察组，将护士执行疼痛评估的完整率结果进行分析比较。结果：护士执行疼痛评估的完整率显著高于实施前，差异较实施前有统计学意义（P＜0.01）。结论：疼痛评估管理敏感指标的建立能有效提高护理人员参与疼痛评估管理意识，正确认识疼痛评估规范性对于患者疼痛管理的重要性，使护士执行疼痛评估完整率得到显著提高，提升疼痛护理质量，减轻患者疼痛，提高患者满意度和生活质量。

Abstract:

Objective To explore the clinical effect of establishing sensitive index of pain assessment management to improve the integrity rate of pain assessment performed by nurses. Methods: the sensitive index of pain assessment and management was established, and the complete examination table and detailed rules for nurses to carry out pain assessment were established. 500 inpatients who did not establish sensitive indicators of pain assessment in our department from July 1, 2018 to December 30, 2018 were selected as the control group. 500 inpatients who established sensitive indicators of pain assessment in our department from July 1, 2019 to December 30, 2019 were selected as the observation group, and the results of the complete rate of pain assessment performed by nurses were analyzed and compared. Results: the integrity rate of nurses performing pain assessment was significantly higher than that before implementation, and the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.01).Conclusion: the establishment of sensitive indicators of pain assessment management can effectively improve nurses' awareness of participating in pain assessment management, correctly understand the importance of pain evaluation standardization for patients' pain management, and significantly improve the integrity rate of nurses performing pain assessment. Improve the quality of pain care, reduce patients' pain, and improve patients' satisfaction and quality of life.
