脊柱源性疼痛诊疗进展

脊柱源性疼痛是一种临床常见疾病，该病反复发作，严重影响患者的生活质量，对患者、家庭、社会经济造成巨大影响。脊柱源性疼痛病因复杂，且目前尚无统一的治疗方法。因此，本文拟就脊柱源性疼痛解剖学基础、发病机制、治疗方法进行综述，旨在为临床医生治疗时提供可参考的依据。

Abstract:

Spinal-derived pain is a common clinical disease that recurs and seriously affects the quality of life of patients. There is still no in-depth study on the pathogenesis of spinal-related pain, and there is no uniform standard for the choice of treatment methods. Therefore, this article intends to review the anatomical basis, pathogenesis and treatment methods of spinal-derived pain, aiming to provide a reference for clinicians to treat.
