疼痛是一种与组织损伤或潜在组织损伤相关的感觉、情感、认知和社会维度的痛苦体验，其包含了感觉、认知、情绪等多种成分。近年来，学者们对痛情绪方面的实验研究逐渐升温。建立理想的动物模型是研究痛情绪发生和治疗机制的重要前提，本文将从动物模型、行为学检测、混杂因素等方面进行综合论述，旨在为建立公认、稳定且重复性好的慢性疼痛诱发痛情绪的动物模型提供有益的参考。

Abstract:

Pain is a kind of painful experience in sensory, affect, cognitive and social dimensions related to tissue injury or potential tissue injury, it contains feelings, cognition, affect and other components. In recent years, the experimental research on pain affect has been gradually increasing. The establishment of an ideal animal model is an important premise to study the mechanism of pain affect occurrence and treatment. This paper will comprehensively discuss from the aspects of animal model, behavior test and confounding factors, so as to provide a beneficial reference for the establishment of a recognized, stable and repeatable animal model of pain affect induced by chronic pain
