    [摘要] 目的:评价全息影像辅助半月神经节射频温控热凝术治疗原发性第3支三叉神经痛的临床疗效。方法:对16例采用射频温控热凝治疗的原发性第3支三叉神经痛患者进行临床随访研究,其中8例采用全息影像辅助穿刺(MR组),8例常规卵圆孔穿刺(常规组),记录两组患者的术中穿刺调整次数、术前及术后即刻疼痛程度(VAS),术后并发症发生情况。结果:与术前比较,两组患者术后即刻疼痛均明显缓解,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);MR组患者的穿刺调整次数明显少于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。且术后并发症全息组少于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:混合现实技术辅助射频温控热凝术治疗原发性第3支三叉神经痛,可减少穿刺次数,减少手术并发症,具有临床推广价值。

    Abstract:

    [Abstract] Objective This study aimed to evaluate the effectiveness of a novel real-time navigation system using Mixed Reality technology for oval foramen puncture for V3 trigeminal neuralgia treatment. Methods A total of 16 patients with V3 trigeminal neuralgia were treated with radiofrequency thermocoagulation. A total of 8 patients were treated under the guidance of the MR , while 8 patients underwent puncture via routine method (routine treatment group). The puncture times, and immediate postoperative pain were recorded. The degree of immediate postoperative pain was indicated by visual analogue scale (VAS), the postoperative complications were observed. Results The two groups showed significant decrease in VAS after the operation (P<0.05). The puncture and operation times of the MR group were significantly lower than those of the routine treatment group (P<0.05). The postoperative complications of the MR group were significantly lower than routine group (P<0.05). Conclusion Novel real-time navigation system using Mixed Reality technology may decrease the time of oval foramen puncture and reduce complication. Therefore, this technique possesses clinical promotional value
