疼痛综合护理干预对恶性胸膜间皮瘤患者生活质量的影响分析

The influence of comprehensive nursing intervention on the quality of life of patients with malignant pleural mesothelioma

摘要:

目的：研究探讨疼痛综合护理对恶性胸膜间皮瘤患者疼痛、焦虑抑郁情绪及生活质量的影响。方法：选择2016年10月-2018年12月内蒙古医科大学附属医院恶性胸膜间皮瘤患者26例，随机分为两组，各13例，对照组患者进行常规护理，实验组在常规护理的基础上联合疼痛综合护理，比较护理后两组患者的疼痛控制情况、焦虑抑郁情绪及生活质量。结果：实验组采取疼痛综合护理进行干预后，患者的疼痛缓解情况及生活质量优于对照组、焦虑抑郁情绪低于对照组，组间比较差异有统计学意义 (P<0.05)。结论：对于恶性胸膜间皮瘤的患者，采用疼痛综合护理进行干预，可以更有效、快速的为患者控制疼痛，减轻焦虑情绪，提高生活质量，值得在今后的护理工作中广泛应用。

Abstract:

Objective: To investigate the effect of pain comprehensive nursing on pain, anxiety and depression and quality of life in patients with malignant pleural mesothelioma. Methods: Between October in 2016 and December in 2018, enrolled 26 patients with malignant pleural mesothelioma in Inner Mongolia medical university affiliated hospital, who were randomly divided into two groups, 13 cases respectively in each group. Patients in control group were cared with routine nursing care, while the patients in the experimental group were cared with comprehensive joint pain care combined with conventional nursing. Observed and compared the pain control, anxiety, depression and quality of life of the patients after nursing. Results: After the intervention of comprehensive pain nursing in the experimental group, the pain relief and quality of life of the patients were better than that in the control group, anxiety and depression were lower than that in the control group, and the difference between the groups was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion: Focused on the patients with malignant pleural mesothelioma, the use of pain comprehensive nursing intervention, can be more effective and rapid for patients with pain control, reduce anxiety, improve the quality of life, and be worthy of extensive application in future nursing work.
