Abstract:Objective: To investigate the effect of pain comprehensive nursing on pain, anxiety and depression and quality of life in patients with malignant pleural mesothelioma. Methods: Between October in 2016 and December in 2018, enrolled 26 patients with malignant pleural mesothelioma in Inner Mongolia medical university affiliated hospital, who were randomly divided into two groups, 13 cases respectively in each group. Patients in control group were cared with routine nursing care, while the patients in the experimental group were cared with comprehensive joint pain care combined with conventional nursing. Observed and compared the pain control, anxiety, depression and quality of life of the patients after nursing. Results: After the intervention of comprehensive pain nursing in the experimental group, the pain relief and quality of life of the patients were better than that in the control group, anxiety and depression were lower than that in the control group, and the difference between the groups was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion: Focused on the patients with malignant pleural mesothelioma, the use of pain comprehensive nursing intervention, can be more effective and rapid for patients with pain control, reduce anxiety, improve the quality of life, and be worthy of extensive application in future nursing work.
