Abstract:Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of fine silver needle diathermy therapy to cervical headache.Methods:60 patients with cervical headache in 2017.10-2018.10 patients were divided into two group in Affiliated Hospital of Xuzhou Medical University,30 cases in each group according to the random number table method,one group is ordinary silver needle diathermy curative therapy (P),the other is fine silver needle group (X).The pain visual analogue scale (VAS) of 1 days before treatment,1 days、1 weeks、2 weeks and 4 weeks after treatment were observed,the duration of needle eye pain after treatment,the Self-Rating Scale of Sleep before treatment and after treatment.Results:the VAS scores of the two groups after treatment were significantly lower than before treatment.There was no significant difference in VAS scores between the two groups at different time points;The duration of needle eye pain after treatment in group P was significantly longer than that in group x (P<0.05);Both groups of patients had severe sleep quality problems before treatment ,the SRSS scores of the two groups after treatment were significantly lower than before treatment (P<0.05).Conclusion: Ordinary silver needle and fine silver needle therapy treatment cervicogenic headache can achieve definite therapeutic effect and improve patient sleep quality,but fine silver needle damage smaller,shorter duration of needle eye pain,worthy of recommendation.
