医护一体化疼痛管理联合心理干预对带状疱疹后神经痛患者疼痛评分及负性情绪的影响

【】目的:探讨医护一体化疼痛管理联合心理干预在带状疱疹后神经痛患者中的护理效果及对患者疼痛评分及负性情绪的影响。方法：选择2015年1月-2018年1月入院治疗的带状疱疹后神经痛患者120例,随机分为对照组(n=60例)和观察组(n=60例)。对照组予以常规方法护理,观察组予以医护一体化疼痛管理联合心理干预,两组均进行连续4周的治疗及护理,之后采用焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS),对两组护理前、护理后的焦虑、抑郁症状进行评估；采用视觉模拟评分法(VAS)对两组护理前、护理开始后的第1周、第2周、第3周及第4周的疼痛程度进行评估；采用医院自拟满意度问卷调查表对两组护理后的满意度进行评价。结果：观察组护理后SAS、SDS评分,均低于对照组(P<0.05)；观察组护理开始后的第1周、第2周、第3周及第4周VAS评分,均低于对照组(P<0.05)；观察组医护一体化疼痛管理联合心理干预后满意度为95.00%,高于对照组的83.33%(P<0.05)。结论：将医护一体化疼痛管理联合心理干预用于带状疱疹后神经痛患者中有助于减轻患者疼痛评分,降低负性情绪,能提高护理满意度,值得推广应用。

Abstract:

Objective: To explore the effects of pain management of doctor-nurse integration and psychological intervention on pain scores and negative emotions in patients with postherpetic neuralgia. Methods:120 hospitalized patients of postherpetic neuralgia from January 2015 to January 2018 were divided into control group (n=60) and observation group (n=60) randomly. The control group was given usual care, while the other group was given a combination of pain management of doctor-nurse integration and psychological intervention. Both groups were treated and nursed for 4 consecutive weeks.Self-rating Anxiety Scale and Self-rating Depression Scale were used to assess anxiety and depression before and after nursing; visual analog scales (VAS) assessed the degree of pain before and after the first, second, third and fourth weeks of care. The satisfaction degree of the two groups was evaluated by the Hospital self-designed satisfaction questionnaire. Results: The SAS and SDS scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group after nursing (P<0.05). The VAS scores at the the first, second, third and fourth weeks of nursing in the observation group were all lower than those in the control group (P<0.05),and the satisfaction rate of the observation group was 95.00%, higher than that of the control group (83.33%). (P<0.05). Conclusion: The combination of pain management of doctor-nurse integration and psychological intervention in patients with postherpetic neuralgia can help alleviate pain scores, reduce negative emotions, improve nursing satisfaction,and is worthy of popularization and application.
