胶原酶联合臭氧治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床研究

CLINICAL STUDY OF THE COLLAGENASE INJECTION COMBINED OXYGEN-OZONE FOR THE TREATMENT OF LUMBAR DISC HERNIATION

摘要:

目的:探讨胶原酶联合臭氧注射治疗腰椎间盘突出症(LDH)的安全性及临床疗效。方法:129例LDH患者随机分为两组,A组(n=66):胶原酶联合臭氧注射组,B组(n=63):单纯胶原酶注射组,术后1周、3月、6月对两组患者疗效进行随访。结果:两组术后疗效均优于术前,且随着时间延长疗效逐渐显著。术后随访,同期A组疗效均优于B组。结论:胶原酶髓核溶解术联合臭氧髓核消融术在治疗腰椎间盘突出症方面具有协同作用。

Abstract:

Objective: To investigate the clinical outcomes and safety in patients with lumbar disk herniation(LDH) treated with collagenase and ozone.Methods: A total of 129 patients with LDH were divided into group A and B,received injection of collagenase and ozone or collagenase respectively.The effect was assessed 1 week,3 months,6 months after treatment.Results: Most patients had a remission of pain,regardless of the treatment.The follow up outcomes in group A were better than those in group B during the same period.Conclusion: Chemonucleolysis with collagenase and ozone has a cumulative effect in the treatment of LDH.
