Abstract:Objective: To investigate the effects of acroustatrinowiischott decoction on withdrawal syndromes in morphine dependent rats. Methods: A model of morphine dependent rats was established by gradually increasing the doses of morphine subcutaneous injection in rats.In acroustatrinowiischott test groups rats took three different doses acroustatrinowiischott decoction(2.5 g/kg,5 g/kg,7.5 g/kg) with IG,then rats were injected with naloxone(0.5 mg/kg).The intensity of withdrawal syndromes was evaluated according to withdrawal syndromes such as teeth chattering, wet shakes, penile licking, weightloss, escape attempts and writhing. Results: Compared with morphine dependent control group, acroustatrinowiischott could relieve the withdrawal syndrome. The effects of 5 g/kg acroustatrinowiischott were most obvious(P<0.01).Conclusion: Acroustatrinowiischott decoction may obviously relieve morphine withdrawal syndromes in morphine dependent rats.
