神经妥乐平肌内注射治疗神经源性疼痛的临床观察

INVESTIGATION OF THE MANAGEMENT OF NEUROPATHIC PAIN USING NEUROTROPIN BY INTRAMUSCULAR INJECTION

摘要:

目的：观察神经妥乐平肌内注射治疗神经源性疼痛的疗效。方法：20例神经源性疼痛患者，以神经妥乐平3．6U／次，肌内注射，2次／d，连续14d为1疗程，记录治疗前后患者VAS评分以及不良反应。结果：所有患者治疗14d后VAS评分较治疗前明显降低；伴随症状改善明显，未出现明显不良反应。结论：神经妥乐平注射治疗神经源性疼痛有效、安全、简便。

Abstract:

Objectives: To assess the management of neuropathic pain using neurotropin by intramuscular injection.Methods: 40 patients with neuropathic pain were randomly divided into two groups.The control group only adminatrated with Celebrex at dosage of 0.2 g twice daily,and the trial group receiving nerotropnin at dosage of 3.6 U by intramuscular injection twice daily,the course of treatment both were 14 days.Results: The value of VAS decreased significantly after administration compared with pretreatment in all of the patients,and their simultaneous phenomenon improved markedly without apparent adverse reactions.Conclusion: The results suggest that it is effective,safe and convenient on the management of neuropathic pain using neurotropin by intramuscular injection.
