银质针导热治疗髌下脂肪垫损害的临床研究

A CLINICAL STUDY OF THERMAL THERAPY BY SILVER NEEDLES FOR KNEE INFRAPATELLAR FAT PAD LESION

摘要:

目的：探讨银质针导热治疗慢性髌下脂肪垫损害性膝关节痛的临床疗效。方法：62例入组患者随机分为2组，34例银质针导热疗法组，28例封闭加微波治疗组作为对照组，对两组病例的疗效进行比较。结果：治疗后两周，两组患者膝痛均有缓解（P〈0．05），但3月后封闭加微波治疗组膝痛总有效率为67．9％，银质针导热疗法组总有效率为91．2％；6个月后封闭加微波治疗组膝痛总有效率为64．3％，银质针导热疗法组总有效率为85．3％，治疗组从3个月后疗效明显优于对照组（P〈0．05）。结论：银质针导热治疗慢性髌下脂肪垫损害性膝关节痛疗效明显，且具有较好的远期疗效。

Abstract:

Objective: To investigate the curative effect of heat therapy with silver needles on knee infra-patellar fat pad lesion. Methods: Sixty-two patients with knee infra-patellar fat pad lesion were randomly divided into two groups. 34 patients received heat therapy with silver needles, 28 patients as a control group were treated with block and microwave therapy. Results: Two weeks after treatment, the pain of two groups was all relieved (P>0.05). But three months after treatment, the effective rate of control group was 67.9%, and that of thermal therapy with silver needles was 91.2%. Six months after treatment, the effective rate of control group was 64.3%, and that of thermal therapy with silver needles was 85.3%. From the 3rd month, significant difference was observe in the effective rate between the heat theary with silver needles group and the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion: Thermal therapy with sliver needles has good therapeutic effects for patients with knee infra-patellar fat pad lesion and successful long term effects.
