脑安软胶囊治疗疼痛和偏头痛的研究

THE THERAPEUTIC EFFECTS OF NAO''''AN SOFT CAPSULE ON EXPERIMENTAL PAIN AND MIGRAINE

摘要:

目的:观察脑安软胶囊治疗疼痛和偏头痛的疗效及作用机理.方法:腹腔注射醋酸制备小鼠疼痛模型;观察脑安软胶囊对正常小鼠脑膜微循环的影响;采用Cristina Tassorelli硝酸甘油法复制大鼠实验性偏头痛模型,免疫组化ABC法研究脑安软胶囊对偏头痛大鼠脑组织早快基因C-fos的表达的影响.结果:脑安软胶囊可以减轻小鼠扭体反应,改善小鼠脑微循环,减轻疼痛反应,明显降低脑组织C-fos基因表达阳性细胞数.结论:脑安软胶囊具有治疗实验性疼痛和偏头痛的作用.

Abstract:

Objective: To study the effects of Nao'an soft capsule on pain and migraine animal model in rats or mice.Methods: Effects of Nao'an soft capsule on pain were tested in ache model caused by acetic acid in mice.Writhing reflection was measured.The changes of cerebral microcirculation in normal mice were measured.Effects of Nao' an saft capsule on migraine were tested in the nitroglycerin experimental migraine animal model.The expression of C-fos in rat brain was measured using immunohistochemical method.Results: Nao'an soft capsule could lighten writhing responses,relieve pain reaction and decrease the C-fos positive cells in brain tissues.Nao'an soft capsule could improve cerebral microcirculation function.Conclusion: Nao'an soft capsule has remarkable therapeutic effects on experimental pain and migraine animal model.
